Piano 4: voice layers separately addressable over MIDI?

Hello
I understand the Piano 4 can layer/split the piano section and the sample section. Obvioulsy when playing the keys, if layered, the parts will play identical notes. Are the two voices, however, separately addressable over MIDI?
Is the Piano 4 bi-timbral, in other words?
