I have contact and the suport dont give me the systematic or the service manual for the Ddrum3

In that case, the only option is to take your instrument to the authorised service in your country.

I first thought you were asking about a Nord drum 3 unit, but you have a ddrum3, Clavia no longer owns the ddrum brand, everything, including service, is now in the hands of ddrum, I'd suggest to ask them where to have your ddrum3 unit checked/repaired:
