Lower key not sounding.

Hithere everybody, I write from Italy, I have a little (big) problem with my C2D, one key in the lower keyboard is not sounding, i.e. is sounding when I push slightly or hard, not in the middle range,very strange.
Can enybody tell me something about it? Thanks in advance.
