Hello!

Maybe this is a silly-haven't ready the manual properly-haven't seen the same question asked in the forum kind of question but does anyone know if there is a Nord Drum 3P .xml file for instrument definitions I can use for set up in Cubase 10.5?

What is the xml used for? Perhaps this might help : nord-stage-forum-f3/stage-2-script-for- ... t3367.html If it's just a list of names of the programs (or kits) of your instrument, the 3p doesn't have any names for that, just bank and program numbers.

(Sorry I just saw this) The .xml instrument definition file gives your DAW (Cubase Pro 11 in my case) the list of instruments that it can choose through MIDI so when you insert a MIDI track into your multitrack session you have your whole keyboard instrument list there in the DAW and you can choose the instrument you want to use from the list without having to go to your keyboard. It makes workflow much easier and quick. Having said that, I hadn't realised what you mentioned about the 3P not having names, but numbers for the sounds, so this wouldn't help in any event...
