NordRack 1 Search for Demosong-Sound

Hello all together,
in Nordrack1 Demo-Mode, there's a sitar-like sound used in song number 5 - the arabic-styled one.
I would really like to know where i can find it, i dumped me through all the Clavia-Banks, but couldn't find anything nearly sounding like this. Of course i tried to create it by myself, but couldn't become it sounding so nice like in the demosong.
Has it anything to do with the detune-settings or something like this.
If anybody could give me an advice where i can find it - i'm thankful for every hint !
