This one separates the two pianos much better (into left & right channels). And its also played together this time, rather than filmed separately and then merged. Enjoy!
Unfortunately, the Kronos (at the time of this recording) was experiencing that dreaded, intermittent note cutoff problem which you can hear at a couple of places in the video
I sure hope Korg comes up with a fix for this soon.

Thanks for the demo. Still I think that playing same midifile(s) would make differences more hearable. Then what is also very important, is that sound is of course well recorded and if possible not-packaged (mp3 or anything).
How do you like Kronos keyboard touch compared to NS2?

My Korg M3-88 had this problem too.
I think that it's more an issue with the keyboard hardware rather than an OS issue.
Thanks for sharing with us here and over at KF.

I actually like both keyboards (NS2 & Kronos), but I think I prefer the NS2 for piano... I can be more expressive with it... It has more key travel.
Its hard to fully judge the Kronos while Korg still hasn't come up with a fix for that dreaded note cutoff problem when playing softer piano passages.

Did you ever get it fixed?

No, I never got it fixed. The past tense (had) only refers to having sold the instrument.

I currently want to buy a Kronos or an Stage and need to know...
Korg corrected that problem a couple of years ago... no longer an issue unless you find an older, original Kronos 88 or 73 that hasn't had the fix applied (replacing the keybed). The Kronos X series do not have this problem.

I've been watching you on youtube. Thank you for the friendly advice. I purchased a Kronos X 88 here in China some days ago. The keyboard will be delivered thursday. I will connect it to a CM-220 loudspeaker system.
The Nord Stage 2 is also very capable but for me the Kronos is surely better, because of the high amount of features and different sounds and the programmable features.
