Update : after a backup, a factory restore and a power cycle or two, the LCD screen is officialy out of order. All it shows up is a "solid" top line
Since another user has already written a post about the exact same problem, I replied in his thread, so this post can be deleted (but I can't find how I could do it myself ...)

My Nord Stage 2 EX LCD display is showing half of what it should, the other half being filled with the previous program/parameter info, or unexpected characters like "#" or "/" ...
So the display is messy, especially on the right and top sides, and I'm not far away from not knowing which program/parameter is loaded anymore.
The LCD display itself seems to be fully functional, and one (distributor) told me it might come from a processor or RAM problem instead.
Before going into long maintenance time and cost, or unnecessary LCD screen replacement, I'd like to know if some of you have had the same kind of trouble.
I've been re-installing the (last available) OS and it didn't help.
Thanks very much in advance
