Some sounds barely audible

Hi all,
I've just sent a message to Nord's technical help, but thought I'd post here in case anyone's come across this problem.
I've just fired up my Electro 5 after a few months and some sounds are MUCH lower level than others. They're only just audible with the level controls at full.
This includes all organ sound and, in the piano, sounds from Clav, EP1 and EP2 are low. Sounds from the other piano banks are normal. The synth sounds are also normal.
I've reloaded samples, updated the OS to 2.0 and rebooted, all to no avail.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Cheers,
David

Does this happen only on certain keys, or to all? What happens if you play through MIDI (either as a master key or viceversa)?

(Volume) Control pedal involved? Or sustain pedal connected to the control pedal connection? This kind of thing might cause such behavior...

Are you useing headphones or the stereo outputs.
I have had this happen if the headphone plug is not correctly inserted.

Also check if your cables are connected to the proper outputs. I had once connected by mistake the right cable to the left output and left cable to the headphones output. I had similar problems.

Thanks all for your replies. Normski gave me the clue I needed. I fiddled with the headphone plug (which is what I was using) and it came good.

Very weird, but now solved!

Cheers all.
