did anyone else had this error, when trying to send an support query to nord?

I got this message?

Is there an emails adresse? I couldnt find one...

Any luck yet? Perhaps try the feedback form to tell them there is a problem with the service form on their site, hopefully that one does work.. https://www.nordkeyboards.com/about-us/feedback
