OS corrupted...?!

Hi All

Love the Wave after having used the Lead 3 for years. I had midi running in and out earlier on. Recorded midi and then on playback the Wave was jumping programs etc. Changed the Midi ctrl to off. Then I started getting hanging notes and now when I try and change program it just jumps between banks and only goes through about 8 different progs. This is the same after turning off and on again numerous times. I'm hoping it will be alright after a reset but how do I do this please? Basically I want to do a restore to when I bought it.

Thanks
Ben

Hello FearofJazz,
Welcome to the forums.

Hi Ben,
does it still present the same set of problems with the MIDI Input and USB disconnected?
Are you using the latest OS, v2.02?
Cheers, Hanon

Hi Hanon

Thanks - well, I've just reinstalled the latest v2.02 which I was running anyway and it hasn't helped. It really does seem like it's corrupted somehow.
I've put the issue in with Clavia at tech support. Same with USB and Midi disconnected. It really couldn't have happened at a worse time as I have really important shows coming up early Jan. Nightmare.
I'll update on here...

Cheers
Ben

Interestingly - when I power up it says HW REV 1.0-22. I'm sure it didn't do that before.

I think it's normal it displays that (HwRev 1.0-22). Mine always starts with that message (which stays on screen for maybe a second), after which it shows the software version and the loading indicator (bar that increases in length).

Anyway, I hope you got it fixed.
