Running Sound Manager in Windows 10

I have just downloaded and installed Sound Manager in Windows 10 on my HP G840 notebook and it seems to run fine. I installed the USB driver for windows and can address my Electro 3 61. I have updated it to 3.14. I want to download some samples and install them in the device if I can. I can't drag and drop the downloaded patches into Sound Manager as I might have expected to do on a Mac. Launching the patches directly brings up Sound Manager, but the app is locked up. I wonder if the amount of memory in the synth can be increased --- is this a factor. Thanks you listening!

Hi and welcome to the forum! :)

If you want to add new samples, make sure that they are not nsmp3 format - as they are only compatible to Nords from 2017+
Of course, you will need free sample memory to add new samples ! ;)
