Factory Restore fails NE5

I have the latest Sound Manager and operating system installed for my Nord Electro 5D.
When I attempt to do a Factory Restore (Windows 10 PC), Sound Manager states:

Restore failed - Archive extraction errror
Error reading zip local header

Any suggestions?

I found that doing a Backup of the current keyboard programs has allowed the Restore Factory option to work successfully
