Nord Drum 2 + Octatrack CHANGE PROGRAM

Good afternoon. I tell you my problem with OCTATRACK and NORD DRUM 2.

When I change BANK in Octatrack,.I have the program change for ND2. The program change does it correctly, but the first note does not sound. This is a problem for me because I have a beat of 4 KickDrum to black when changing banks and I want to continue with a beat of 4 black bass drum but with a different program in ND2 there is a first bass drum that doesn't sound.

I have tried to move the microtiming, and it is solved, but it does not sound properly. With the nord drum 1 the same thing didn't happen.

Any suggestions? Thanks

So, the ND2 is not quick enough after program change to produce the next sound, perhaps place the program change just after the last note in the previous measure?
