NS3 keybed and pink pivot parts...

Hi everybody,
this evening I had an issue on my Nord Stage 3 with one of the keys not coming back up properly. I opened up the panel and found that the key loosened itself from the pink pivot part that holds it - so it wasn'T an issue to snap it back on but the problem is it might come off again as it's not sitting very secure.
In the attached images you can see that there seems to be an issue with the pink thing, as the clip that holds the key is less angled than usual, thus only a small part of the clip actually holds the key.
Did anyone encounter a similar issue? I've already read that replacing the pivot is no fun, but anyway would you know whom to contact to get spare parts?

Hm... that tab in the pink plastic piece has been deformed and does not "click" in place?

Hi Dan84,
I had a issue with that pink part on my NS2. I can recomment Achim Lenzgen to fix it, or to send you the right parts.

It is a bit of an operation, but that locking tab can usually be locked into place by poking something behind it, and the operation to replace a pink pivot is even more involved.

I thought about this too... might be the fastest fix at least if I find a suitable piece of something

I have the same issue on the white key, when I hit it very hard it "unclick" from that pink pivot. If I press down the white key near the red cover, it click back and it´s fine again. It don´t happens often, only if I play that particular key very hard. But I´m quite scared that in the future it will happen more often.

Grab some #4 3/8" phillips head sheet metal screws or the metric equivalent. Grab a "tap size" drill bit. You can eyeball it. With the key in place as much as it can be, drill a hole on the flat upper part of the key between the line at the back where it angles and the embossed keyname. You'll feel the space between the pink bearing piece and the key. Drill all the way through. Then take a larger drill bit, clearance size, and drill just the key. This is all done so that you don't crack any plastic. Screw in the sheet metal screw. Done.
