Hey there,

I just tried to equalize the volume of all my programms for my first concert with my new Stage 3. It worked just well, but there is one problem:

I have one song named Metaphosis. This song needs 3 programms called Metaphosis 1, Metaphosis 2 and Metaphosis 3. When switching from Metaphosis 2 (or 1) to Metaphosis 3 (after having played some notes), the volume is lowered for the first 10 to 15 notes, most times the volume normalizes at the 14th tone played, no matter what time it takes to play the 14 notes. This problem only occurs when switching from Metaphosis 1 or 2 to Metaphosis 3, when switching from other programms, no matter what section they use, the volume starts at the normal level.

I have no idea why this happens, it is especially frustrating because the third songpart needs drive from the very beginning. I'm uploading all three song programms, so you can try it yourself if necessary.

I would be really thankful for your help. Everything is just perfect, but this little thing just annoys me.

Just tried it (using OS v2.22) and although I can't test the transition from M...1 to M...3 as M...1 uses a sample I don't have, I can confirm that when going from M...2 to M...3, there definitely IS a weird issue where the first dozen or so notes of M...3 play at a lower volume...! Bizzare!

edit: It appears to be something to do with the fact that M...3 uses Unison mode on the Synth parts.
If you turn off the Unison mode then all the notes play at the low volume when switching to M...3
But when Unison is on (in this case 3 but it seems to happen with 1 & 2 as well) then the first 12 or 13 notes sound as if Unison is off and from then on sound as if it's then been switched on.

Yeah, i have OS 2.22 installed as well...

What I find strange is that it only happens when coming from those two programms (Metaphosis 1 and 2)...
Any further help?

It is all very odd... If I change the sample in M...2 to, for example, 'Cimbalom Hard' then the problem doesn't occur when going from M...2 to M...3
I've tried a few different samples in M...2 and sometimes the problem occurs and sometimes it doesn't... :shock:
