Nord Lead 3 FACTORY RESET

i just purchased a Lead 3 Rack (US 115V) from Korea and when i plugged it in only 3 green LED's light, there's no display, no sound.
i've scoured the manual but can't seem to find a factory reset function.
anyone know the procedure?
any help appreciated.

it's not the fuse. already checked that.

Korean instrument probably set up to run on 220v. DO NOT connect that instrument to 110v and attempt to operate. Please contact me at work:
