r.rr Error Code on Nord Lead 2

Hello Everyone!
I join this forum with a sad note. I am having an issue with my Nord Lead 2:
Summary of issue:
Keyboard powers up and led lights are lit.
Numeric display shows: r.rr
Depressing any of the buttons does not change any settings or indicator lights.
No sound is emitted from the headphones nor the audio outs when the keyboard keys are depressed.
The keyboard has not been dropped.
The keyboard has no physical damage.
The internals of the keyboard look fine, with no leaking capacitors, nor are there any visible solder points that have separated from the PCB.
I reseated the ribbon cable between the core PCB and the instrument panel PCB; this action made no difference to the currently inoperative situation.
Up until recently, the keyboard has operated without problems. I am the original owner of this keyboard, and its has been wonderful and has never given me issues.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
