Hi,
One question:
I need to change the rubber contacts for my Nord Stage 2 ex copmact. Where can i find them, and are the compact with the other keyboards. Can, for example, rubber contact for Korg Pax3 fit on Nord?
Thank you.

Hi,
Nord keyboards use Fatar keybeds (Korg use their own, different and so not compatible); you need to buy the appropriate Fatar rubber contacts for your keybed type (SW, HP or HA), I strongly suggest you contact your local (or closest) Nord distributor which can indicate you the authorized service/assistance to provide you what you need.
PS: strange you have to change rubber contacts on a NS2 EX already, what's the issue? Are you sure it is not just a matter of some cleaning?

I'm not so sure, just assumig. The "E" key in the middle of the keyboatd loses the dinamics. Maybe it's a matrer of cleaning only. There's not Nord Distributor in my country. I'm from Macedonia, bought it from Germany. The repair man ask me to find the contacts, just in case. It's easy to find them for korg, but i wasn't sure if they gonna fit.
You may clean it yourself. I did it couple of times. For whatever reason i had that issue with my NS2 every few years. It's weird as I never had it with NS classic, NE3 and NE4. I guess it has something to do with rubber parts from Fatar. Anyway it's OK to do by yourself. Just need to be patient.

You don't need to replace the rubber conctacts most likely. Just wash them with clean water and leave it for an hour till it's dry. Then place it back.
You don't have remove the keys as it's shown on the second video.

I just fix it. Cleaning was enough.
Thanks for your suggestions.
