Hi and welcome,
how is it "not working" exactly? What error do you get?
Did you free up enough space in the Piano partition (or used the Substitute function on an existing Piano of same/larger size)?

In order to install the version 6 piano sounds (EP or AP) in an Electro 5 you need first to install the newest sound manager (version 7.42 or 7.44) on your computer (and of course the newest software on your Electro 5, version 2.00).
I was on Sound Manager 7.40 at first and it took me a while to figure out that only 7.42 added the functionality of downloading v6 npno files into an Electro 5.

Although I play the the new White Grand Piano on an Electro 6d 73 and not on an Electro 5 I want to say that it works wonderful for Blues and Rock, especially the tones on the highest octave sound brillant and it fits very well to my Roland KC 550 keyboard amp. Meanwhile I don't want to use any other sound of the piano library.

I did install the white grand, too on my Nord5d/73 and it runs very well!
Make sure, you installed newest firmware (2.00) and newest version of soundmanager (7.44)

Another 5D user here where the White Grand is working fine.
Latest update and NSM version and it imported like any other piano sound...

After a few weeks I have to add something to my post: the White Grand is a wonderful piano, but if I play alone (e.g. in a church service) I prefer the Silver Grand. It gives a little bit more transparency!
