Lots of discussions already made on this topic, there are many but Yamaha FC7 is "statistically" the preferred one.

As maxpiano says, the Yamaha FC7 is the pedal that seems to be the preferred one by most users.
I prefer the Roland/Boss EV5.

I have a number of FC7s, but also use the Moog EP3, as you can use your own TRS cables for custom length and has a smaller footprint-

Boss FV-500L is a multi-tasker, unlike the Yammie (which I am practically alone here in loathing). The Boss is almost as large, has adjustable tension, and uses your own replaceable TRS cable (like the Moog). It also can function as a separate analog stereo volume pedal at the same time.
If you're looking for quality in a more compact size than either of those, there's Boss's EV-30, which is actually a dual model, controlling two separate keyboards (or circuits) in parallel... each one can be calibrated separately.
Neither of these is particularly cheap, but they're built like tanks without being overly heavy. You'll never have to buy a replacement (maybe your cable, depending on its quality).
