Help with Sound Manager

Hi All,

sorry if this is in the wrong group and sorry if this sounds stupid. I'm a total virgin with all this. I have downloaded a few sounds from users but when I try to load them up I get an error message saying that my Sound Manager can't handle the content and to upgrade. I have all the latest upgrades. what am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.

What version is your sound manager?
