Patch for siren sound in The Night Chicago Died

Hi! I have a Stage 2 and would like to know if anyone has a patch for the siren sound in the song The Night Chicago Died. I tried to use Audacity to get the sound but I didn't have any luck and think the sound may have been mixed into the actual song. I have never made a patch and wouldn't mind doing that as well if someone could help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your comment about Audacity made me think how to do it.
Generate a sawtooth logarithmic chirp (there is a command to do the chirp under Generate) going from 1100Hz to 400Hz for the length of the intro. Then copy that and paste it a third of the time ahead for the 2nd siren and again 2/3 of the time ahead for the 3rd one.
Then mix all that into a single track, copy it to a new one and change the pitch by 3Hz (so you have some beating). Pan the two tracks L and R.
I attached the wav in case you want to use that, but perhaps tweaking the instructions above and adding reverb you'll get something better.

Thank you very much, I really appreciate your help on this. I would just like to learn how you were able to extract the sound. Did you do so by generating a sawtooth chirp? I was unable to get the sound out of the mix and would like to understand for future needs. I did look everywhere on Audacity to find a solution and was unable to find instructions, even on Youtube. I'm very impressed that you could do it! The rest of your instructions are awesome as well. I'm not an advanced user of Audacity so all of your information is very helpful indeed!

Your are welcome! Yes, it is synthetic.
I did record the first bit of the song to look at the spectrogram of the track (the siren appears like a line marking the frequency it sweeps). I got an idea of the frequencies from that but I did not use it in the final sound. Then I created a chirp which matched those frequencies with the instructions above. I think we were lucky that the pitch decay was logarithmic and that Audacity can do that.
