Re: Keyb NE5d vs NE6d
Thanks, I hoped, they would optimize the springs (perhaps a little bit harder)!
I am just testing the 6hp and I am a little bit disappointed: Great engine, wonderful possibilities, but the same "lazy" keyb.

Funny, if anything, I'd have wished for the opposite. Nord's SW actions are already about the stiffest SW actions you can find.eibinger wrote:Thanks, I hoped, they would optimize the springs (perhaps a little bit harder)!

Re: Keyb NE5d vs NE6d
Totally disagree! The best unweighted keys I ever played were Hammond's sk-1/2.
But that is a kind of personal taste and I don't want start a discussion, I only wanted to know!
Thanks

Re: Keyb NE5d vs NE6d
I didn't say Nord's keys were better (that's personal taste, as you say), I said they were stiffer (more heavily sprung). The SK1/2 use the same action as NE5D, except Nord uses stiffer springs. But if the SK is your favorite, wouldn't making the Nord stiffer (what I thought you meant by "harder") make it even worse? Or did you mean something else when you said "harder"?eibinger wrote:Totally disagree! The best unweighted keys I ever played were Hammond's sk-1/2.
