This is the real problem I'm trying to solve on my other post - my SO has a 4D that sometimes has issues where the volume will suddenly drop to about 25% of what it should be. She can turn it off and back on and get full volume for a few seconds before it happens again.
I haven't seen it happen personally as we're in different bands, but she thinks it's related to clubs with sketchy power. Anyone run into this? Neither google or the manual has anything to say.

Re: Volume cutting out on a 4D
Audio cables and amp/DI were just fine with her other keyboard. I just did a factory restore and OS update so we'll see if that helps. We have a gig together on Thursday so I'll get to see it in person finally.

Re: Volume cutting out on a 4D
Hello. this won't help but I have had a similar problem with my
Electro 4, specifically on the organ sounds. I have set gain high when saving programs and
have tried to adjust gain and volume while playing but problem continues. I have written on
this forum before about this, and just haven't found an answer.
