Hi,
I love my Nord Stage EX 88 but am finding my arthritic fingers take a bashing. What is a good adjustment one can make to make the keyboard a bit easier to play, for piano playing?

Would I be able to change some springs in the action? or add some sort of rubber buffers or rubber pads under the keys so they give a little?

I also play synth and organ on the stage and make good use of the aftertouch. Just wish the Fatar keybed were a bit more .. something, not quite sure.

There are people who have modified their Nords with different spring actions, or gone to a tech to do the same. Generally speaking, the surgery is successful. The other thing you might want to consider is a semi-weighted Nord action.

Not for hammer action boards.

What do you mean by Spring actions?

Spring action: Compact/SW keys where the resistance to playing is primarily caused by springs (as opposed to the HP and HA actions, I guess).
