Free Your Mind - En Vogue

Hello Guys,
I'm currently working on Free Your Mind by En Vogue and i'm struggeling to get the real sound. Did anyone of you managed to get something decent.

The real sound would be the guitarist's work.

The option of sampling VST guitars is similar to "smelling the flowers through the gasmask")))

Overdrive guitar is overdrive guitar.
(I just gave up doing distortion guitar sampling long time ago and playing just nice Wurly with Drive setting).

Exactly, have a real guitarist, real analog pedals and good Amp and it will give you what you are asking, I think even Brass could sound better than overdriven guitars....

I actually programmed this sound for the NS3 as I was playing in a band that covered this great song.

It's a split with a Synth (Resonant M Lead) in the left and Pipe organ and Female vocals on the right for the short Chorus.

I programmed a patch referring to several recordings - especially on the En Vogue live in Birmingham. I will load it up tomorrow. ;)
