Triple Pedal Heel Pad

My new Nord Piano 4 came with the triple pedal with a rubber heel pad that can be attached by the user. It works wonders. The triple pedal does not slip using it. My question is where can I obtain the rubber pad and associated parts to attach to my original Nord piano triple pedal? I use this older pedal for the first Nord piano as well as the Stage 3. So where can a valued Nord customer obtain just the pad in the USA and not be told to repurchase a new triple pedal?
