South West UK forum help needed

Purchased a used Stage 2 EX, and love playing it, but being IT challenged (must be my advancing years) I find setting up / moving / downloading and using the Sound Manager slightly challenging, but getting there. triggering etc is waaayyy off.
Would also like to understand midi so that I can use an unweighted keyboard along side my stage 2
Finally I am interested in developing click tracks but have no idea on this either.
A 60+ year old trying to move on!!!

Any users in the UK South West able to offer support / lessons etc. Happy to pay....just need some pointers- I think.

Great to find this forum though...spent hours reading.
Not sure what the protocol is for these things but I assume I can exchange my personal email address, and then phone numbers if that feels ok?

hi - this post is pretty much the same as your post from 2013. Still struggling with sound manager? Maybe you expect too much from it :-/ It is ok for adding / removing sounds and programs, and changing their order, duplicating, renaming etc. It isn't a tool that you'd use in a live environment, but there are a couple of apps for that instead. I might be able to help (Hampshire, UK).

This guy on YouTube has some very detailed Sound Manager tutorials on YouTube that might be helpful:

There are a load of other tutorials on his channel (admittedly Stage 3 centric) that may also be worth a look for some general pointers.
