Ns3 88 firmware error?

I am a ns88 owner. whenever I update the software, "invalid model" appears to me. and the keyboard only plays at 76 notes as if it were a 76 model. then switching off and on again all works fine. why?

Does this happen to all updates you have applied or only to the 1.52?

It sounds as if the firmware somehow thinks it is running a NS3 HP76 version and not the HA88 version you have -- I have no idea why; maybe a faulty keyboard chip or something -- but it's probably best to talk to your Nord dealer locally, if there is/could be a hardware issue somehow.

If everything works fine and that was the first time that this happen, so sounds like an isolate case. Can be just a wrong start up information. Did you try to update again? or Downgrade after that?

The keyboard is perfect After the reset
And before the update the pc restart automatically . Why ?
