Transferring Sysex files

I want to transfer sysex files to my 2x with the Bome software but can't get it to happen. If anyone has any tips I'd appreciate it

The guy in this video makes it look so simple

I'm ditching Bome and getting Midi Quest instead I think, seems very cool, anyone's using it?

Are you on OSX? I use SysEx Librarian. It works perfectly!
