Searching for “claps” using the search field above turns up a clap and cowbell sample...

You can load .nsmp files onto your Nord Stage using the Nord Sound Manager.
Then you just need to create a new program and tell the synth to play that sample (set the synth to "sample" mode and choose the sample you just loaded into the machine, User Manual p. 33 and following)
