Seamless Transition

Hi! Upgrade my old NE3HP to the new Electro 6D 73 and I’m impressed with the new features, memory and sonic possibilities. However, I don’t understand why the seamless transition feature works only when changing programs and samples sounds. If I change piano sound the seamless transation doesn’t work. Did you try this?

Another annoying thing... the new electro 6 doesn’t come with the glossy finish wood side panels! Why NORD?!
This mate finish appear be more fragile and prone to scratchs.

Just to confirm: Seamless only works when you change programs, not when you e.g. change the underlying sample in the piano section. This is how it works on all of the latest generation Nords.

But it's strange ... because I can change the sample sound without cutting the sound while the piano section does not have this feature.
Since this is a truly instrument to play live, I’de rather prefer have it when I change sounds on the fly, instead on the programs.

My two cents! Maybe they include this on a future OS upgrade.

Changing samples in the synth section wasn’t seamless on the Stage 3 until some later update, either.

Maybe it will change at some point, but it’s possible that the engine‘s limitations could make it impossible.
