The M-Audio EX-P works just fine 0-100 as maxpiano pointed out just turn the knob on the left side ... and observe the values you get.
BTW the M-Audio EX-P is definitively not the same build quality as the Boss FV500L, but mine works flawlessly for over 10 years now and it's only about a third of the price ...

MANY MANY THANKS, you are right, I didn´t thought that a pedal for that price had a potentiometer
