Nord Stage 2 rubber pads

So, over time the rubber pads have come loose. Now the keyboard slides around. The pads came loose as i suspect the vibrations of traveling a van etc. have loosened the screws. Where can I get new pads? Where can I get the proper screws, i wonder?

Any help GREATLy appreciated.
