I'm new here.
I'ld like to buy a nord electro but I hesitate between the NE5 and the NE6.

I would like to be sure I understand well : the NE6 can't use the sounds of the sample library 2.0 ? It's to say you can't have the sound of the fairlight for example ?

And the productun of new sounds for sample library 2.0 is finished ?
What is better in the sample library 3.0 ?

The latest version of the Nord Sound Manager will automatically convert any v2 samples into the format necessary.

The 3.0 sample format allows for embedding of certain default settings like filter cutoff or envelopes — this makes it much faster to get a usable sound on the Stage 3, and I assume (but don’t know) that it also affects the sample engine on the Electro 6 in similar ways, making it more flexible and useful for a greater variety of samples despite the lack of controls.
