Send program change to select banks on ND2

Hi,

I've been browsing the forums to understand how should I send a midi CC to my ND2 via midi cable so that I can select certain program+bank from Ableton. I have read that you have to send two messages with the MSB and LSB, but I couldn't really wrap my head around it.

For example, if I wanted to switch to the P6.2 bank, what would I need to send from Ableton?
