Time frame for repairs in US?

Anybody have an idea what is normal turnaround for getting a keyboard repaired and returned in the US? I sent my Stage 3 88 to their facility in MS to repair keybed noise, but have not heard of an estimated time for repair. Thanks.

I took mine personally to an authorized repair shop in FL and it was a two week turn around time, but unfortunately I can’t gve help with how long the facility in MS will take.
