Love my NP2 HA88 - would like to see more memory upgrade somehow (not likely I realize)
Also a "Learn" feature that I could tap into from my DAW (Reaper) to allow me to map my expression pedal to any function/knob on the NP2, or assign pitchbend from another keyboard.

It would be great to have a Piano in 73 or 76 version with HA instead of HP.
And yes, I agree with those guys requesting better E-piano sounds :thanx:

Has anybody ever wished a Nord Piano sound module?

That would be a Nord Piano without keyboard, but with a form factor similar to the Nord Lead 4R. That would be great for playing the piano from a MIDI keyboard with piano touch and placing additional keyboards on top, without blocking the access to the piano's control panel. Also, I read that a number of users use an external keyboard to trigger the Nord Piano sound.

I wish two things about the audio outputs:
1. I would like to see balanced audio outputs (TRS or XLR. XLR prefered).
2. I would like to see another audio output for routing the split sound to another channel. This may be useful for keyboard players who plays bass on the left hand and want the bass be routed to a bass amp or to another channel on the PA console.

The last two posts make a lot of sense - and I am sure quite a few will agree...

I'm curious as to why you would want balanced outputs? What problem does that solve?

Balanced outputs carry higher quality signals thanks to the 3rd wire which is a shield from electromagnetic radiation (The electromagnetic environment on stage is like hell). And, with balanced output you won't need direct boxes for routing your connections to the main PA because these outputs represent low impedance to the console.

I'm sorry for my bad English.

Is there a way to send 2 outputs on a Piano 2? I play split bass, and piano. Is it as simple as L out to one amp, and R out to another?

As far as I know - It is possible. But the piano would be MONO.

Faster USB for loading samples (typing this as I load samples into my NP3 over USB 2.0).
