Reverb on A but not B?

Very general question here I'm struggling with. If I am using a program that has my pianos in A and a synth in B, is there a way to apply reverb to A but not B? I cannot find a way to do this.

I think the short answer is no. The other way is using outputs 3 and 4 to route the synth and this way come out without reverb.

Correct. Reverb is a global effect. Using outputs 3/4 bypasses reverb.
