OLED displays Nord Stage 3

Hi Folks, I couldn't find an earlier topic on this subject so here is my question:
Yesterday I received my Stage 3 and impressed (upgrading from a Stage 2). One question though: The OLED displays are very bright and make some noise.
Is this something to worry about (life expectancy)? Would be nice if you could alter the brightness of these displays like on my Roland Integra 7.
Kind regards, George

The OLED displays should not make any kind of noise! Contact your retailer about this problem as soon as possible.

I guess this noise comes from the power supply don't?
It's not usual a display make any noise
By the way take care with this OLED. It's very fragile. Because doens't have any glass protection (like elektron products have) so it brokes very easily.

What is that even supposed to mean?
There is still either a glass or plastic sheet on the top of the screen, just like there is on a LCD panel.

Supposed to mean that you have be carefull transporting, or even pressure by mistake the OLED. It could broke.
A several ones from friends did broke.
There is still either a glass or plastic sheet on the top of the screen, just like there is on a LCD panel.
The glass is very thin, and fragile. because there a support that holds and lift up the OLED display to panel level, and it's hollow on the middle so if you pressure the middle of Display you can easily broke it.
If it has a thick glass protection could be more safe. Just take care.

That's absolutely absurd. A modern OLED display as used in the Stage 3 is not easily breakable. Mine is fine and makes no noise. The Stage 3 overall does have a little bit of hum, as did the Piano 3. Nord's are also pickier than most about their power supplies. Physics does matter.

Please explain to us how it is more fragile than an LCD of the same size.
Is the glass thinner on the OLED? How do you know this? Do you have the part number from the supplier and know the specifications?

@aureliopenna
I've patiently read your comments over the last time and I'm now convinced you won't say anything positive over the NS3 ever but take every opportunity to point out a (perceived) flaw.
Be it about the Organ, Clavi's, Piano sounds, velocity and now even the display.
Everything appears to be better for you in the NS2 and you keep saying you'll sell your NS3.
Nobody forces you to buy anything and if you're happier with the NS2 you're fully entitled to enjoy that as others enjoy their instrument.
Are there improvements to be made ? Sure ! Nothing is perfect but most ppl. here seem to enjoy their NS3 bar a couple of musicians who have another expectation and compare it to their current Nord.
So why can't they be happy with what they have and enjoy that but have to keep harping on these subjective flaws ?
I respect your opinion and we don't all have to be in awe about the latest and greatest but this is now, IMHO, bordering on trolling in almost any thread about the NS3.
So pls., and I just know more members share this opinion, try to be constructive, positive and helpful to any and all members having a question and try to refrain from taking the negative route every time.
With respect,
RichardG.
