Hi, can anyone help me to the right sample for Dakota from Stereophonics?
On my Nord Electro 5HP it's not possible to make the split and use two different synth samples.
Looking for one good sound for both hands or a better idea to arrange this.
I would be very grateful for your help!
Thanks in advance,
Gwen

Hi, yes I do this one sometimes. Programmed a patch on Yamaha Motif. When I started using NE5D I sampled it. Add some slow deep Flanger and delay (approx 203 ms) to get the right kind of effect as on the mp3. I've also included the other file you need to edit it.
Personally I do a keyboard split with Hammond B3 in LH part and the Sample in the right. But depending on your band, maybe piano in LH would work better.
Good luck anyway!

Just noticed you're looking for one sound, so maybe my one won't be quite right. Perhaps it will help though.

Hi, I've just started with my NE6HP and I'm trying to get this going. Can i ask, is the sound in the mp3 that's linked the result you're getting on NE5D? I'm not getting it right if so, I've added the deep flanger, and I've added the delay of 203ms of delay. Do you have feedback selected at all. I'm abouy 50/50 dry/wet on both effects. Do you have to do some slight pitch bending? Thank in advance for helping a newbie.

Sorry just noticed your reply, yes sound was straight from NE5D using onboard FX. Perhaps the FX are a little different on the 6. May have to play around with them a bit to get it right. Basically a heavy flanger though.
