i did not want to post a video, but as the problems still not resolved, and clavia play the ostrich game.

1- Polyphony, when i play big chords staccato, with 2 pianos/2synth Result: a latency, all notes don't play at the same time

I am getting tired, and thinking to sell the ns3, if these problems don"t find a solution.

I too have noticed some random latency when things get too intensive with layering sounds. And it's not consistent, which is the frustrating thing.

Sad to hear that. I couldn't reproduce neither of the 2 issues. But as you said, it's intermittent... I'm running 1.24

I should also mention I'm on 1.24, but my latency issues are sporadic and not nearly as severe as the ones shown in the video

Have you contacted your dealer? They should be able to help and/or escalate the issue to Nord.

When I had a problem with my NS3, I filled our the online form at the Nord website and also contacted my dealer (Kraft). I was able to speak with the dealer's tech support team immediately and they referred me to their Nord US contact, Pablo, who had also been contacted by Nord about my issue. My issue was diagnosed and a resolution plan was put in motion that very same day. Maybe I was lucky, but it didn’t feel like it was anything other than their standard operating procedure.

Of course, the support procedure outside of the USA could be different.

i think polyphony can be improved one more time in the next update.
For the organ cut all sounds, i think i found the solution. It is my fault, not the ns3. Caused by midi !

Yes, hopefully any polyphony problems will be fixed eventually!

But good to hear that the organ sound cutting out was resolved and wasn't a NS3 issue
