Just playing for a week whith the NS3 compact...after discovering a few bugs , today the wheel doesn't function anymore even whith the factory patches or morphing something .
Do you think it's another bug or send it to repair : -( ....?

Sorry to hear that...
You should contact your music store and send an email asap to Clavia.
Is there a way to validate (diagnostic mode) that the wheel is still working as it should ?
Can you hear something (like cable) loose or something else inside ?
Regards

I suppose that the del "PSCHIFT" is ON on the instrument you're playing ?

You can activate or desactivate the Pitch stick on the instruments (piano, oragan...). But if you're using factory patch, the is no reason the Pschift is Off...

Opening the NS3...the wheel was disconnected, the connection seems to be fragile...
A part bugs, everything's ok now :- )

Great you fixed it! I assume it was a conventional connection that just had worked itself loose somehow?
Did you take any pictures of the insides and/or your fix while there? Would be interesting to see

Read! He was talking about the (modulation)wheel not the pitchstick!
Glad that it has been solved!

I discovered the same issue with the modulation wheel on my new Nord Stage 3 Compact. The plug was disconnected. Strange, that the keyboard has passed final inspection.
