Master Clock Subdivision

Post by DJKeys »

I know I am missing something here, but I cannot find a way to adjust the Master Clock Subdivisions. The Manual says that with two effects enabled, I can press shift-focus and get the display and the Rate/Tempo knob changes to adjust the settings. This happens, but I cannot adjust it. The manual is pretty vague on this, is there a way to to access these settings in the Master Clock such as 1/4, 1/8/ 1/16. etc?

Thanks--

That is correct: with shift-focus you enable the Master Clock link/sync for that effect then (having the Focus still ON that effect) turn the Effects Rate/Tempo knob (without shift) and you will cycle across the Master Clock subdivisions

Yep, it doesn't seem to be cycling through them. Moving the knob does not change the setting in the display. I find it odd that you can only do this from within the effects section. Seems like it should be available from the Master Clock itself.

I will play with it a little more tonight-

I edited my reply after yours, just ensure you are not shift-turning the knob.

That was it! I was shift turning the Rate/Tempo dial. Thanks again, Max-
