Nord Stage 2 Restore
Hello guys. I just bought a ND2 from a guy. He created so many sounds and downloaded so many samples. I just want to delete everything and make it new again. Like.. deleting his sounds that he made. Who can help me?

Hi, go to Nord website, Downloads>NS2 and get the Factory Backup file, the use the Nord Sound Manager tool on your PC/Mac to restore it to your NS2

That's the correct path, but let me encourage you to FIRST do a backup of the NS2 as it currently stands, so you'll have those programs and samples - some of which may be useless, but others may be quite helpful. It takes a long time to curate good programs and samples, so you already have someone else's work available to you and it may be useful in the future.

Good point and valid suggestion, I always do that when I buy used gear (you never know)ericL wrote:That's the correct path, but let me encourage you to FIRST do a backup of the NS2 as it currently stands, so you'll have those programs and samples - some of which may be useless, but others may be quite helpful.
