This is my "no soft synth allowed" rig. Not pictured are the EV ZXA-1s that I use for stage monitors. I played for a living from 1984 to 1997 so I have a love for hardware keyboards. Don't get me wrong, I love my Logic Pro X and all my UA plugins for recording, but for me, I'm a Roland/Nord addict.

Love your pedal setup! Is that custom? If so, can you post a description of how it was made?

Thanks Tom, its actually very easy. As you can see I have a Yamaha FC5 for sustain and a Roland EV5 for volume for each keyboard. The pedalboards are from Temple Audio. The wider one is a Solo 18 at full length and the other is a Solo 18 cut down to 10" (Temple will cut them down to whatever width you want at no extra charge). There are adhesive mounting plates on back of the pedals to secure them to them board. And they can handle some pretty good abuse. Temple makes a module that mounts on the side of the frame that has four 1/4" thru jacks. They work with both TS and TRS. Then I had snakes made from ProAudioLA to go from pedalboard to keyboards. As you can see it looks pretty clean and everything is completely wired in the photo (pedals, MIDI in/out, and stereo audio). No dangling cords or cables. I'll take a picture of the underneath and side of the pedalboard so you can get a better idea.

Yes,+1 for the pictures, it could give me some ideas because the back of my rig is pretty messy...

I will get some pictures of the back wiring and pedal boards tonight and post them here tomorrow.

Ouhaaaa, super neat. I was thinking to do that in the past in order to get rid of the mess behind my keys. But I have too much under my stage 2 and C2 organ. I will take pictures and post them but since my backbone surgery, I lost a little bit of nerve connection to my feet and then I don't want to have my pedals on a higher platform....And I play them seated and the position of the pedals are on an arc, if you see what I mean. Anyway, super nice. What kind of blue cable did you use, they seemed very sturdy?

As I said, attached is what you DON'T want to have...Kind of messy but working on it (Some snakes already done but not all, especially not done for the pedals but you gave me ideas on how to solve it, thanks a lot
