Internal circuitry diagram? HELP!

Hi all!

I've just opened my Nord Stage 2 to replace a broken key. As you (may) know, this means disconnecting everything inside in order to take the key bed out.

Having replaced the key and reconnected everything, it now won't switch on which makes me think that I've connected something incorrectly. Does anyone have a diagram of the internal connections?

Thanks in advance,
Thom

Hi Tom,
sorry to hear, that's not nice.
Did you check these images (form the precedessor fo the NS2, but IIRC not too different.
Fixing dead keys / velocity issues on Nord Keyboards

Hope you manage to get it back on. You did check the fuse I assume?!
best

Thanks Johannes, that pdf is great! Unfortunately hasn't solved the problem.

Do you mean the fuse in the power supply? Yes have checked that and it's working fine. Is there a fuse in the instrument as well? (sorry, I'm no electrical!)

Attaching a photo as I've reconnected. Can anyone see anything obviously wrong?

Thom

that looks good from where I sit -- there are no internal fuses, only the external one. This is a mystery...

in your situation what I would do is disconnect and then reconnect the ribbon running between mainboard and powerboard and the two ribbons running between mainboard and lower/upper panelboards, inspecting the pins carefully while they're apart to look for anything bent or similar...

Bless, Pablo
