LED Lighting Down

Hi Guys,

I have a big problem.

The LED Lighting on the whole synth section is down.
The sounds, effects etc. they work but the LEDs are completely down.

What can I do ? New Update, factory reset ?

Your problem is a hardware one. No amount of software manipulation will cure a hardware problem. Your Nord will need to be seen by a competent Nord tech to determine and cure the cause of this problem.

I will bring today my piano to one technician.
