Hi fellows!

First of all, I'm no master in programming synths, but I just recently started to play with Nord Wave and I really like those rich pad sounds!

So here's a problem: When I played nice pads and recorded MIDI to my Cubase 5 I found out that when I playback MIDI, Wave cuts polyfony to just one (I think) tone and it does not play that rich three note chord, as I recorded it.

What am I doing wrong here? Is it some Global setting I need to enable?

I'm all puzzled here..

Edit: Just to clarify, normally when I play and record a three note chord, Cubase does play it back as recorded.

Welcome to the forum!
The only thing that I can think of is that somehow your Wave patch is getting switched to Mono.
In Mono mode only one note will sound, but midi will still transmit all notes played.

I bet you're using the Chord Memory function. Be aware that the intervals the Wave plays are not sent out over midi.

Check the note at the end of the section about Chord Memory (Nord Wave manual, chapter 6).
