Happy Hardcore sounds/programs

Hello,
I am trying to create a mashup of several happy hardcore songs (Paul Elstak - Rainbow high in the sky, Luv U More, Party Animals - Have you ever been mellow), but I find it very hard to create the typical synth sounds for this type of music.
Does anybody have any presets/sounds for happy hardcore tracks? Some advice on creation of these typical sounds would also be appreciated very much.
